Hyderabad: India is a quick adopter of technologies across verticals and so can be in automotive industry. The country is becoming a key market for both entry-level and high-end/luxury cars. With custom made automotive design solutions for India, country’s automobile and original equipment manufacturers could be benefited when the BS IV norms are going to be embraced.
Girish Jois, Managing Director of EniT Invilogic, an IT company specialised in design automation, told Telangana Today, “Connected vehicles are the future of automotive industry. And driverless cars which are being tested in Germany and elsewhere will soon be rolled out in India. With new technology vehicles being introduced in the country, there will be fresh focus on automotive design. Global technologies will be transferred to Indian companies to implement design automation.”
