itelligence India Software Solutions Pvt Ltd has acquired vCentric Technologies Pvt Ltd, a reseller of SAP software and premium SAP services provider based in Hyderabad.
“The acquisition of vCentric is the first step for our strategic expansion into the growing local Indian IT market,” itelligence CEO Norbert Rotter said.
This acquisition would help itelligence to expand its offerings throughout India to serve local and international customers “even more effectively and efficiently for the upcoming tasks of digitalisation.”
A SAP-certified provider of cloud services, itelligence has more than 1,300 employees. In 2016, it had a total sales of 778 million euros. SAP had in April named vCentric a Digital Business Partner and in May an SAP Recognised Expert Partner. A release on the acquisition said the parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction amount.
