Dubai’s Bluewaters woos luxury home buyers in Hyderabad

Raine & Horne Dubai, which has entered into a strategic marketing partnership with Meraas to market its properties in India has kick-started its India road show from Hyderabad which will be followed by Mumbai and Delhi.

Meraas in collaboration with Raine & Horne announced an exclusive, limited time offer for property investors in India to own Dubai’s newest and most exquisite ”Bluewaters” mid-rise island residences. Located against the backdrop of Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest and largest observation wheel at over 210 metres.

The first ever road show in India by Raine & Horne will begin with a preview of the ultra-luxury property ‘Bluewaters’ island residences on March 25 and Golf Invitational on March 26, that will be hosted at Boulder Hills Golf & Country, Hyderabad.

The Bluewaters 698 one-to-four bedroom apartments, four penthouses and 17 town houses located on a manmade island off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline in Dubai offers views of the Arabian Gulf and city skyline. Meraas’ has engaged more than 1,500 companies to create ‘Bluewaters’ with amenities including landscape gardens, four swimming pools and children’s pool with splash pad and play area, two basketball courts, an outdoor fitness area, two gyms and 2,400 parking.

Sanjay Chimnani, MD of Raine and Horne Dubai told Telangana Today, “We anticipate that 50 per cent of the buyers will be end-users who will reside in these properties while the other 50 per cent will be investors looking at high return on investment in future. The mixed scheme allows property buyers access to 164 outlets and two hotels within the highland. With motorways and monorail, connectivity to the island will be seamless.”

He added, “We see a huge potential and passion from wealthy Indian’s to invest in Dubai to be held as investments or second homes. For the first time a flexi payment plan is being offered for the AED 1.9 million onwards “Bluewaters” property. Meraas will be handing over the first of the ten mid-rise apartment buildings in the third quarter of 2018.”
